How can I help?

Stress, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and other life obstacles can cause a lot of pain over time. When they begin to get in the way of your daily functioning, or start to prevent you from enjoying your life, it can feel like too much to handle on your own. If this sounds familiar, it might be time to get some outside help.

My role as the counsellor is to assist you in deconstructing what you are feeling, what you have gone through and what is happening now in order to work towards your goals. The aim of therapy will be to guide you as you gain the knowledge and tools you need to make positive changes when it is possible, and find acceptance when it is not.
