How can I help?
Anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loneliness, grief, unaddressed trauma, low self-esteem or self-worth; I have seen how these affect a person's day to day functioning, health, happiness, and their ability to be who they want to be. If you've struggled to speak up for yourself when you know you should have, or find yourself behaving in a way that is in congruent with how you want to show up, you might know that it can create resentment, pain, unregulated emotions, and escapist behaviours. If these are things you want to work on, I can be there for you while we tackle these issues together.
